Meet the Team

My name is Yasmine. I live in France. I discovered digital scrapbooking 7 years ago and became addicted to it! I have a 8 year old son who likes video games and books.  My daughter who is 5 years old , never, ever stops talking!!! You can always see them on my layouts. I’m  comfortable with traditional pages.  Realistic leaves and flowers are my best friends lol! I joined Courtney’s team 6 years ago.  It has been a real challenge! Forget my leaves and big shadows…I discovered a new artistic style and I love that!!! My hobbies include reading, photography and the US series.

Hi, my name is Jacqueline. I’m married and I live with my family in Germany. I have two children…a son and a daughter. Since a year we also have a cat.
I started digital scrapbooking at end of 2006 or 2007. I don’t really know it…..It’s been so long ago, but I love scrapping. It is so wonderfully relaxing in the evening. 🙂
Otherwise, I still love geocaching, hiking, reading, swimming and taking pictures.

My name is Jana and I am an artsy layout artist that also likes to do art journal pages. I’m quite addicted to Photoshop CC and love to play with brushes and textures. I’m passionate about documenting our family stories and also do artistic pages as a relaxing outlet. In the meantime one of passion is also to help fellow scrappers to learn about Photoshop and have more time creating.

Hello everyone! My name is Danica Staples and I am better known around digiland as weaselwatchr.  I am married to my high school sweetheart, Michael, and live in Michigan with our five feline fur babies. I started digital scrapbooking a few years ago, when I was trying to document my Project 365. The rest is history, I was hooked!  So much less messy than paper scrapping (hubby agrees)! Besides scrapbooking, I enjoy photography and traveling, especially cruising.

Hi, I’m Audrey and I’ve been digitally scrapping for the past 6 years. I am currently stationed in India, after spending nearly 18 years in the UK.  I got into digital scrapbooking only because I couldn’t find the time to play with my physical stash. The urge to create force me to learn how to use Photoshop via an online course. The rest is history! I also found one could do mixed media digitally too and dabbled with it and loved it! It has certainly come in handy as I do moved around a lot as I can easily scrap anywhere as long as I’ve my laptop with me!

Hi, I’m Lisa, a time-challenged working wife and mother of two from the US.  I never thought I was particularly artistic until I discovered digital scrapbooking, but now it’s my creative outlet and my therapy! I’ve typically been more of a minimalist style scrapper, but recently I’ve been delving into art journaling and I love it! It’s such a fun and freeing form of expression – anything goes and the possibilities are endless. But, I do still indulge my love of white space on a pretty regular basis, to keep my ‘left brain’ as well as my ‘right brain’ tendencies satisfied.

I am Lindy Krickbaum. In the scrapbooking world, I am known as LindyShay (my first & middle names). I am lucky to be married to my best friend. I am a southern girl at heart, originally from Tennessee. I currently live on the beach in Indialantic, FL. When I’m not scrapping, I love designing jewelry, going to the beach, books, and movies.

I have been Digital Scrapping since 2002. I love scrapping anything & everything – my everyday life, my family (my 2 year old niece is a favorite subject). I am also a big lover of Art Journaling.

I’m Jeannette, a married mom of three kids. We live in the Netherlands. We also have a dog and a cat. I’ve been scrapping since 2009 and I still love it. If only there were more hours in a day….

Besides scrapping I love to read, watch a good movie from time to time, go to a museum, walk with my dog (only on warm and sunny days or when there is a pile of snow).
I’m out of work since about half a year now and chances on ever getting a new job are very small. That’s why I decided to do more voluntary work. I already worked as an assistant in a little castle, which is a museum nowadays. But I got two new voluntary jobs as well. I teach Dutch to new people (refugees, people that fall in love and marry with a Dutchman, etc.) who want to have a future in the Netherlands. Right now I give Dutch lessons to a wonderful young woman from Pakistan who lives in the Netherlands for about three months now.

I also help people with there finances. The world is a difficult and tough and there are more and more people who just don’t understand, and aren’t able to cope. I help people to get a grip on their finances, people who for what ever reason have debts, etc. I try to do this without judgement and hope that in time they will be able to have full control over their lives again.

It’s weird though, that I can’t get a payed job. Getting these jobs was really easy. The foundation I volunteer for, was really happy I offered to help! I did find out though, that the feeling of satisfaction is worth more then money, although I realize we all need money to live 🙂

My name is Renee and I’m known as ReneeB in most of the galleries I frequent.  I’m a very “young” granny to 3 beautiful grandchildren and a mom to 2 grown kids, a son and a daughter.  My daughter and her 3 babies live with me in Johannesburg, South Africa.  We also own 3 dogs between us, one being my baby – a piebald daschund named Snoopy.  Yeah, corny, I know.  I worked in the print media for most of my career doing pamphlet ads for retailers.  I am now semi-retired and spend most of my free time working digitally, being it scrapbooking or doing digital composites.  I also enjoy getting my hands, my workroom and everything else dirty doing mixed media projects.  I love shabby chic and making mixed media canvases as gifts.

I have been digital scrapping since 2007 and can still remember my first pages that had everything but the kitchen sink thrown on them (and nothing was resized) and oh my word, none of us really knew about realistic shadows.  Those honeys just remained the same with papers floating up in the heavens.  Since then I have learned so much and find that I still learn daily.  My style is either very clean with lots of white space or my uber favourite grungy mixed media, artsy pages.  Being a member of Courtney’s creative team feeds my love of artsy pages and I can even do a good blend of artsy and traditional.  I also love using the brushes that come in these super artsy kits to alter my photos and create a painted effect on the canvass.

When I’m not scrapping or doing the adult thing, I enjoy spending time with friends (preferably on the back of a motorcycle), listening to good music – more the classic rock to metal genres and watching adrenaline inducing sports.

Hi…My name is Ange. I live in the Netherlands. I have 2 Ragdoll cats Nullah & Zazou and they mean the world to me.  I love holidays, nature, New Zealand, listening to music, a good movie, Formula 1, and the color blue is my favorite.  My passion for digital scrapbooking started about 6 years ago…

Hi everyone. I’m Lorraine known in digiland as Scrapmemories. I live in south Florida, United States. I’ve been scrapping digitally for 11 years after my daughter, Rachel age 23, developed a nerve disease called RSD. I’m a traditional scrapbooker, but that doesn’t keep me from trying new styles and designs. I was so excited to be added to Courtney’s team because working with her products helps me go outside the box. Scrapbooking is my zen. The minute I start to create a page whether it be an art piece with a favorite quote or another page for our family album, I find my blood pressure drop and my happy factor increase. My advice- don’t be afraid to experiment, color outside the lines and try a new style.
